I replaced the old power button on my Harman/Kardon HK3250 stereo receiver with a brand new one. The original button had been broken for ages, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't glue it back together again. With the help of my 3D printer, I was able to create a perfect replica. The new button worked flawlessly right out of the printer, and all I needed to do was remove some support material from underneath. Keep in mind that your 3D printer's calibration is crucial here - the XYZ axis needs to be spot on to ensure accurate measurements. Luckily, my printer is calibrated to a high degree of precision.
