Power button cap for Tektronix TDS2024 oscilloscope
thingiverse
Hi !\nThis replacement power button cap fits a TDS2024 oscilloscope perfectly.\nI'm positive it works for all TDS2000 scopes, possibly even the TDS1000 and TDS200 series as well.\nIf you've lost your oscilloscope's power button cap, now you can make another one easily !\nThe model is designed to be parametric. You'll likely need to adjust the hole size because it fits extremely tightly so it can be press-fit into place, and the precise value needed depends on your 3D printer's calibration and even the specific button inside your scope.\nThe values I provided worked for me.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: RepRap\nPrinter: Prusa i3 Sunhokey\nRafts: They Don't Matter\nSupports: You Can Ignore Them Too\nNotes: I printed with 100% infill, probably not necessary but the part is small enough that it doesn't take much extra time. Printing too fast can cause issues so the extra time spent on infilling helps with cooling.\nHow It Was Designed\nThis design was made using OpenSCAD software.
