This power bank comprises a two-piece casing, requiring 3D printed components, four 18650 Li-ion batteries (e.g., from these links), a power bank board (such as this one), and two M2x4mm wooden screws. Assemble the PCB (Power Bank Circuit Board) and batteries in parallel; connect them to the positive and negative terminals on the PCB (marked B+ and B-). Insulate the battery and PCB with Kapton tape or a similar electrical insulation material. Secure the batteries within the case, then attach the top part using transparent instant adhesive. Your power bank is now ready for use!
