Found a broken Power Bank but battery was still ok. This Power Bank module is available on Aliexpress for only a few dollars. the files in this project fit the module in the photos. There is provision to screw the base to the main body however I didn't have screws small enough so I just Hot Glued the module in place as the locating lugs are very small and break easily. I also Hot Glued the base onto the body which worked great. Standard printing with 3 perimeters and 2 base and top layers. If you want it a bit stronger print with 3 top and base layers. This module has input power with the lightning, Micro, and USB-C ports. Output power is on all ports
