My RAV Power 16750mah Power Bank Broke So I Purchased A New Board Off Ebay (Details Included In Pics) And Redesigned The Case To Be As Compact As Possible. Equipment Needed: -Jb Weld Or Other Appropriate Placeholder -Glue Gun -Super Glue -Clamps -Penknife Build Procedures: -Load Into Cura, Orientate Appropriately And Print All Three Pieces -Get The Battery's And Board Soldered Up If Required, Line This Up With Respective Holes (Alignment Of Button Is Important) Before Using Jb Weld Between Battery.'s And Board. -Use Glue Gun To Apply Glue To The Inside Of The Base Along The Ridges And Put The Battery's And Board In (Use Sparingly). -Put Button In Its Place, Apply Super Glue To Connected Edges Apart From The Button Area. -Hold Everything In Place With The Clamps While It Glues. Build Tips: -Battery Type Include In Pics If Purchasing Individually As With Board -If You Are Starting From Scratch Please Be Careful When Soldering. -It's Quite Tight So Use Metal Strips To Connect Battery's, The Top Is A Bit Wider So Can Use Wires To Connect Board To Battery's. -Be Sparingly With The Glue Gun When Placing Battery's Inside The Case As This Can Shift Them Up And You Cant Get The Lid On (Case Is Tight So Difficult To Remove If You Mess Up!). -The Button Is Smooth When Printed (Allows It To Spring Back Without Friction From Case), If You Need To File It Due To Over Extrusion Make It Smooth. -Don't Be Silly And Measure Battery Size With A Metal Vernier Scale. Unfortunately, You Cant See The Led Power Indicator.
