Powder trickler
thingiverse
A simple gunpowder feeder with two distinct risers for different powder loads is up for development. The device relies on an 8 mm pipe featuring internal threading, allowing easy powder travel to a scale; however, it's hypothesized that omitting the thread will still allow operation albeit at a slower rate. Presently, this design remains in the experimental phase and has yet to undergo precise measurement for optimal pipe-hole alignment inside the feeder unit. The task requires grinding a precise hole within the tube to ensure seamless powder flow. DIY fabrication of tubing between 8 and 12 cm length seems feasible with adequate skill. Attaching a knob is necessary, along with creating two washers. One washer should be glued in proximity to the knob for initial assembly before marking and then drilling a corresponding hole within the trickler's interior. Subsequent assembly and gluing of another washer will finalize the process.
