Powder Dispenser
thingiverse
My design for a linear bar powder measure. The slide and slide body are a tight fit. But need to be so that powder does not bypass the "measure" cavity. It used an old soap bottle for hopper. I've also included a Walmart Peanut Jar hopper adapter also. The drop spout is an RCBS type. There are several on thingiverse that will fit (uniflow powder measure). You will also need 1/4 - 20 rod/screw about 5" long for the measure adjustments. Also included are 3 quick adjust "saddles" that are labeled for W231_5.1GR, BlueDoT 6.2gr, and Unique 5.1 Gr. I have reloaded well over 500 rounds or 9mm with this. It measures as precisely as my RCBS uniflow even with small flake powder. Hope this helps someone out. This was made with eSun PLA + I made lever knob and lever fulcrum to be 1/4x20, but all those holes are tight and will need to be chased with 1/4X20 tap. The 1/4x20 screw that adjusts the measure, will need a notch turned in where the adjuster shoulder fits in on top of the slide. You can do this with a lathe or a drill turn very fast and file or even a hacksaw. Please note, in one of the pictures you can see where I cut some of the structure out. I've made the changes to the files already. It works great just the way my prototype printed.
