This model and BOM provide an example of a powder dispenser that's compatible with the Universal Slot on the Educator BJT machine. This is an eccentric vibration based design. There's a powder hopper, a hopper receiver, and a variety of exit options for allowing the powder to escape. Different end types are needed for different powder flowabilities, so you'll have to experiment. You could do things to the vibe motors as well. The device should be mounted on 3mm thick rubber in the Universal Slot
