Here is a pulley (OD 68mm) for cables up to OD 6mm with a ball bearing housing. It's designed to receive a 608 type bearing (OD 22mm, ID 8mm, thickness up to 9mm). I printed it full infill with 15 perimeters on every layer to reinforce it and it is extremely strong due to the holes that orient the filament for optimal radial resistance.
