V-Ray Renders Utilize Materials Exclusively within 3ds Max and FBX Files. Materials Used in V-Ray Rendering Are Restricted to Use Only Within 3ds Max and FBX File Formats. All Textures Embedded within a Material for FBX Scenes Reside in the Master maxzip File. Manual Reapplication of Textures Is Required for FBX, OBJ, 3DS, DXF, and DWG File Versions. Scene Textures Are Collected in a Single Directory Located at the Root Level.
