Coming from the Castle of Montemor-o-Novo, this piece was designed for transporting small amounts of liquids, such as drinking water or wine. The specimen, recently unearthed during an archaeological excavation at the Castle of Montemor-o-Novo, features a thickened and beveled rim on the outside, a short neck, and a globular body with two vertical wings of oval cross-section.
