Askos (Ancient Greek ἀσκός "tube"; plural: ἀσκοί - askoi) is the name used today to describe an ancient Greek pottery vessel used for pouring small amounts of liquids such as oil. It's easily recognizable from its flat shape and spout at one or both ends that could also function as a handle. They were typically decorated with paintings like vases and mainly used for storing oil and refilling oil lamps. This object is part of "Scan The World".
