I designed a rotating dial with scale for my K40 CO2 laser to better document settings for various materials. Now, precise adjustments are possible at any time. The dial is simply placed over the original dial and pressed into place. Additional work may be required or the dial may need to be glued on. I printed the scale normally and laminated it. Then, I cut out the scale with the laser and applied it. The scale covers the entire range of rotation and is divided into 100 steps.
