The main pedal consists of three welded round bar sections, determining the potentiometer's circular diameter. A spring enables smooth rotation conversion to linear force; it fully compresses at a 40-degree pedal angle. Made entirely of Al 6061, the assembly currently weighs approximately 0.45 pounds.
