Here we have a simple potato press that can be used to squeeze pre-cooked potatoes into mashed potatoes. I believe this is something typical of German ingenuity! We've observed in our long series of investigations to determine the facts of different designs of commercially available meat grinders, and we've come to a critical point: a meat grinder actually cuts through meat primarily by squeezing it, not by using a blade as commonly thought. It simply squeezes the meat like this potato press does. We need a universal cutting device, one that's similar to what was used on screw conveyors with longer lengths, where cutting tools are inserted and can be replaced inside the housing - only then will we achieve efficient cuts in our meat grinders. We also want it to cut, grind flour, oilseed, and other materials into small pieces without exposing them to heat or damaging the clippings. This is purely for informational purposes: my projects always involve analyzing existing technology and improving upon it, or designing entirely new devices that efficiently project the required results! Anyone familiar with my work knows this about me.
