These are some accessories I made for for Senior55's seed sprouting planter.

Their planter can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4811858

Included:

A greenhouse cap for the planter -this will make it so the sprouts need to be watered much less often. It will also greatly increase your success rate for rooting cuttings.

A basket for lifting sprouted plants out of the planter as they mature (this is my third revision -I made it a bit more sturdy & easier to print

Greenhouse Cap assembly instructions:

Supplies needed: All 6 parts with "Planter Cap" in their name printed; Super Glue; A sheet of plastic wrap

Press-fit the pieces together while setting the "Planter Cap B" piece to the side for now (should be pretty straight forward) -I recommend a drop of superglue for each press fit joining

Fold a sheet of plastic wrap (cling wrap) onto itself so it forms a 2-layer thick square

loosely drape your plastic wrap square over your assembled frame

pick up the "Planter Cap Frame B" that your previously set aside & slide it down over the plastic wrap & assembled frame -This should also pull the plastic wrap taught

Snap the "Planter Cap Frame B" into place over the assembled cap. This should secure the plastic wrap in place by sandwiching it between the two frame sections.

Print Settings

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Category: Outdoor & Garden
