Pot / Tub Clips... Quick and easy clips for part used pot/tubs in the fridge
thingiverse
Unless you always secure a pot/tub when you open it, chances are you've found yourself in a situation where you need to temporarily seal it... or leave the original lid on and it ends up warping at the edges which effectively compromises its integrity. If you dislike leaving these tubs/pots uncovered, common 'solutions' include using a rubber band or aluminum foil neither of which is ideal as one tends to flake off easily and doesn't seal very well and the other is wasteful and not always simple to remove again. Because there's a wide range of shapes/sizes/curvatures of these pots/tubs it took some experimentation to work out this system that will accommodate and work effectively on almost all of them. The result is these clips which provide an effective solution that should fit most regular-sized pots/tubs for items like sour cream or yogurt, etc. However, a word of caution: while these perform well in my country (New Zealand) you may need to adjust the size if packaging dimensions are different in your location. If this design appeals to you, take some time to check out my other creations!
