Pot / Tub Clips... Quick and easy clips for part used pot/tubs in the fridge
myminifactory
Unless you always finish what's left in a pot or tub when you open it, chances are you've ended up having to find a way to temporarily seal it back up. If not, the original lid often curls at the edges, effectively opening it right back up again. If you're tired of leaving these containers open, there are a few common "fixes" that people use, but they're not ideal solutions. Rubber bands can come loose easily and don't seal well, while aluminum foil is wasteful and hard to remove. Because pots and tubs come in all shapes and sizes, I had to try out different approaches before coming up with this system that works effectively on almost any container you might have. The result are these clips, which provide a solid solution for most regular-sized pots and tubs, whether you're storing sour cream or yogurt. Just keep in mind that while these work well here in New Zealand, you may need to adjust the size if your country's packaging is different.
