Pot Pourer for Finger and Wrist Arthritis
thingiverse
A handheld device designed to alleviate strain on the fingers and wrist joints of individuals suffering from arthritis. It features a holder and mechanical pourer that can be used to pour water and pasta into a colander. This device can be printed in two ways, depending on the size of the printer: 1. Print the "Inside" and "Outside" files and assemble them by gluing. 2. Alternatively, print "Inside 1", "Inside 2", "Inside 3", "Outside 1.1", and "Outside 2" and then glue them together. After printing, mirror the files in your slicer software and print again to create a left-handed version of the device. Finally, print two "New Thang" files, mirroring them, to attach to the pot handles. Once assembled, using this device should be straightforward. We recommend testing it first with an empty pot to ensure a smooth user experience. Leave comments with suggestions for enhancing this design.
