After printing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:39600, I left the pot lids drifting around my kitchen for nine months before taking action. These are two brackets designed to store pot lids on any 1-inch or smaller bars. To make, download and print the provided STL file. I recommend using three shells and 10% infill for a sturdy final product that securely holds the bar in place.
