Pot handle

Typically, obtaining a MakerBot leads to home items needing repair, such as my pot cover handle. The cover remains below 100ºC during cooking due to water maintaining that temperature while boiling, ensuring longevity. To achieve a smooth surface on the handle's top, print it at a high temperature without risking deformation upon cooling. I printed mine at 160º and achieved great results. You may need to adjust the hole for your cover screw. Secure the piece to the hot cover immediately after printing, as ABS contracts approximately 2% during cooling, which helps tighten the union and keep the handle in place.
