This is an alteration to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4236653. I applied two twists to the straight ribs, taking care to leave tiny openings between them at their widest point on top. The openings proved too narrow (examined in a magnified image) so for Postlight4 (currently printing), I've modified the shape of the top and enlarged the ribs, placing them farther apart.
