When assembling, ensure the ball drops down so it securely fits between the poster paper and the mount's rear surface. If you're experiencing difficulties getting a good grip, try lifting the bottom part of the mount away from the wall slightly, allowing the ball to drop lower before releasing the mount, which will then jam tightly in place. I employed putty as an adhesive on the wall for a secure hold. Let me know if you would prefer a version with pre-drilled holes for nails or pins.
