Post/Pole Mount for Weather Station

<p>This was made to mount a post/pole to the side of something. I used it to mount my weather station (AcuRite 01536) to a fence. The diameter of the pole I used was 26mm. Because I knew it was going to take a ton of plastic and I didn't want to risk it not fitting and having to re-print it, I made the hole diameter 28mm. It doesn't matter if it's a bit loose, as the screw in the center keeps the pole from rotating or moving around too much. I made this because the mount that came with the weather station would not accomodate the pole I chose, even though it DID fit in the bottom of the weather station.</p><p>I printed this with a 0.8 nozzle at a 0.6 layer height. I used 12 walls.. I forget how much infill - maybe 50%? We get some high winds where I live, and I wanted it to be really strong. I probably over-did it. It used up my entire roll of PETG (I think I had about half a roll left?) and the end result felt like a brick it was so heavy. In fact, the filament ran out before the print was done. It didn't matter because the top part was solid the way I printed it, so I used the part anyhow. The point is, the pictured part is actually a bit shorter than intended.</p>
