This is a Stamp I have designed to fit perfectly on a Post-it note. I have been using it to keep track of basic things like being physically active, health and anything else that I'm trying to keep an eye on. I have found it easy to lose track of how I have been going with personal goals and have found this to help full. I have used it on Post-it when I want something to be more visible and in one location, and I have used it in notebooks for work-related stuff that I may want to look back on more quickly.
