Post Insulator outrigger
thingiverse
Needed outriggers for my horse. They're pricey at farming stores, so I came up with this DIY solution that's a fraction of the cost of filament. Did a couple test prints with tweaks to improve the design. I'm printing sixty-six of these outriggers. Designed for Timber Tek screws but should work just as well with nails. Three solid layers on top and bottom, along with three shells, should provide enough strength for most applications. Added an insulator with a 90-degree bend and a 2mm gap. I've adjusted the infill percentage to 15 since 30 is still a bit excessive.
