Electronic components could track movement relative to an initial position, allowing for greater functionality. The prosthetic attachment can be built using inexpensive, lightweight open-source hardware components, enabling intuitive and comfortable basic gestures for mouse navigation. Advanced, personalized gestures can also be programmed according to individual needs and capacities.
