Poseable Gorilla Wooden Toy

Originally featured in "The Woodworker and Woodturner" magazine's May 2017 issue, a poseable gorilla toy was created using Solidworks 2016 as the modeling tool. The final renders were completed using Simlab Composer 8 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited with Virtualdub and saved in AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was used to remux the video into an MP4 file, while PhotoScape was employed to create GIFs from the renders. IrfanView was utilized for editing the renders. The model is available in multiple formats such as Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 8, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, and FBX, with the 3D-PDF and SIMLAB files featuring animations.
