Portrait of a young boy
myminifactory
Displayed at the Antike am Königsplatz in Munich, Bavaria's treasure trove of ancient relics shines bright. The museum showcases a stunning collection of antiquities from Greece, Etruria, and Rome, each one a testament to the region's rich cultural heritage. Meanwhile, the Glyptothek stands opposite, its sculpture collection a masterpiece in its own right, while works born in Bavaria find their home in a separate museum. Ancient Egypt, too, boasts its own dedicated space. This remarkable object is part of "Scan The World", a groundbreaking initiative launched by MyMiniFactory to create an extensive digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks from around the globe. The project's mission: to make these incredible treasures accessible for free to anyone with access to the internet. Scan The World is an open-source community effort, and if you have something remarkable in your own backyard that you'd like to share, email stw@myminifactory.com to learn how you can contribute to this incredible endeavor.
