This woman's hairstyle is heavily influenced by the styles of the Flavian era, yet her refined features and the way her drapery folds evoke a time period that actually dates back to Emperor Trajan's reign (A.D. 53-117). Unfortunately, we do not know this woman's name, but it is clear that she was commissioned from a highly skilled sculptor who had mastered the techniques of Classical Greek Art.
