This detailed 3D model was skillfully crafted using Sketchup 13 and then successfully adapted to various other formats. Its native format is the .skp file, while a compatible version for 3ds Max scenes utilizes the 2016 iteration of the software, rendered seamlessly with Vray 3.00. The creation process proved more demanding than it seems, however. One challenge was the need to avoid capturing images of this building due to federal regulations against such actions. After gaining the trust of Department of Homeland Security Officials, they eventually understood that my intentions were not reconnaissance-related and cleared me to take photos, allowing me to proceed.
