#XYZCHALLENGE If shedding pounds is your top priority for 2019, a portion control system is here to help you stay on track. Each container is clearly labeled with the type of food it's designed for - fill them up to the brim, but not overflowing. You can download individual files and a complete set from my upload. Here's what each category means: Fruits & Veggies: no explanation needed Proteins: meat, eggs, and other high-protein foods Carbs & Starches: starchy veggies, grains, beans, pasta, rice, and bread - all the usual suspects Fats: healthy fats like avocado and dairy products (cheese, cottage cheese, etc.) Seeds & Oils: salad dressings, sunflower seeds, olive oil, and other tasty treats On a 2,000 calorie diet, the USDA recommends at least 2.5 cups of veggies and 2 cups of fruit daily - so fill up those Fruits & Veggies containers as often as you like! The others are limited to once per meal. With portion control on your side, this system will help you reach your weight loss goals in no time. Believe in yourself! Remember, these containers are just a guide - they might not meet your specific calorie needs, but they'll get you started on the right track.
