These are specially designed card trays for the print and play board game "Portfolio". If you are interested in learning about the game, and possibly printing yourself a copy, you can find information here: https://www.thegamecrafter.com/games/portfolio2 The full set involves printing 8 Corporation card trays, 3 small money trays, 1 large money tray, and 1 clip for the corporation trays, and 1 clip for the money trays. You can stack the corp trays and hold them together with the special clip. Same for the money trays.
