Porter Cable Scroll Saw Throat Plate

This is a highly improved version of the throat plate for the Porter Cable scroll saw. The original black throat plate that came with the scroll saw was about 1mm lower than the table, resulting in frustrating problems when cutting through wood pieces. They would frequently get stuck at the edge of the hole. Furthermore, the space between the wood and the plate caused huge vibrations, making it extremely difficult to use the scroll saw. Ultimately, I had to give up using it. This throat plate solves those issues, rendering it easy to use because there's no space between the hole and the plate. The plate is also flush with the table, eliminating vibrations and stuck wood pieces altogether. I've designed this plate stronger than the original by making it thicker and adding extra structural support behind the plate. It should snap into place perfectly, matching both diameter and height to the scroll saw's table. However, if it turns out to be slightly higher than the table, simply sand it down on the table until it becomes flush with the surface.
