Porter Cable Drill Press Motor Assembly Cover

This is a custom replacement part for the Porter Cable 5-Speed Bench Drill Press (PCXB620DP). It directly replaces the plastic cover on the back of the motor assembly, specifically Part# 5140197-54. Unfortunately, mine arrived defective and I had already completed assembling and calibrating the drill press before discovering the issue. After researching online, it became apparent that purchasing just this single part is not feasible; instead, the entire assembly must be bought, which is why I created a replacement model using 3D printing technology. Despite minor imperfections in fit, the result functions exceptionally well and is more than satisfactory for its intended purpose.
