Portapack Skin - Snug Fit
thingiverse
I had some trouble getting the original to stay put, it kept wanting to slip off constantly. Adding the wings and the top component to the center helped keep it flush on the bezel once you slide it under the metal chassis. This skin is specifically designed for the "GridRF" branded case. Printing notes: 1. You'll need to push the model all the way down onto the bed. 2. Consider using supports under the wings, as a high degree of precision is required (we don't have much room for error in the design). During assembly, try snapping the bottom of the skin into the metal chassis before sliding in the PCBs. You can line them up and they'll almost fit by friction, but should slide into place easily. As you reach the top, the little nubs will need to be coaxed under the chassis as well, but should snap into place once aligned correctly.
