Portalcyclone CNC assembly reference

I'm currently printing the Portalcyclone CNC by azamo (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:238329), so far there are no instructions available, I decided to take matters into my own hands and assemble the STL objects into a single file to figure out how everything fits together. Unfortunately, I still have no idea where the nutholder.stl part is supposed to go. Farin pointed out that "the nutholder goes on the front of the y-nutholder on the underside of the machine". I appreciate his insight, but this doesn't seem entirely clear to me. As an aside, I'd like to give credit where credit is due - this design isn't mine, all kudos go to the original designer. The table size will be different from the original since I'm aiming for a smaller version, although it'll still be larger than the Cyclone PCB factory in its current form.
