Melgun is finally finished! No textures, but to make up for it this is the most accurate version available online. in fact, excluding the wires which were pretty much impossible to line up properly, this is in a sense EVEN MORE ACCURATE THAN THE ORIGINAL MODEL. See, the way the original is stored is as a vtx file, which stores points and tells the computer to connect the dots. this means you get some artifacting, like circles turning into polygons and surfaces becoming less smooth./ however, with math, an ipt file will tell the computer how to make a curve, so circles remain as circles and surfaces stay smooth.You can 3d print it if you want, but it's quite large - 20.3" long (51.6 cm) excluding the claws. I made the claws such that they could be printed and assembled separately if desired. They also serve as replacements for the NECA model's portal gun, as that's what I based them off of. the original claws are too thin.Update: I've gotten in contact with the original designer and she said she likes it!
