Portal cube

Portal cube

thingiverse

When I was a gamer, I loved Portal; it was one of those games that messed with every aspect of 3D and physics. I hunted through Thingiverse and found some Portal Cubes on offer. I'm terrible at painting or colouring in, so instead of printing one all the same color and making a mess, I decided to create one that could be printed in parts with the correct colored filament. A grey core cube and white external parts that can be glued (Acetone welded) in place look a heck of a lot better than the painted one I first printed. *** update *** I just printed the new design wheel-style center parts, but in my opinion they didn't print as expected. I reworked the part and uploaded it in place as "companion cube wheel center v1.stl." Please download the fixed part because it should print a more defined logo in the center. *** A light-up version can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2991304 *** Thanks.
