Portal Companion Cube (Led lamp version - 38mm tealight)

This is the latest iteration of my Portal Companion Cube, boasting an upgraded design with a Radioactive logo prominently displayed on its center pieces. Initially, I had intended to print these center pieces using glow-in-the-dark filament to create an eerie ambiance, but I soon altered my plan when I stumbled upon a stash of brand-new LED tealights in a drawer at home. These lights offered a more practical and long-lasting solution compared to the fleeting effect of glow-in-the-dark filament. The best part? They come equipped with replaceable batteries and an on/off switch, allowing for effortless control over their illumination. The cube itself is printed in modular parts, just like its predecessor, which can be assembled using either glue (for PLA or other plastics) or acetone welding (for ABS). If you're interested in exploring the design of my first version, I've shared it on Thingiverse – simply visit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2798766 to take a look.
