One stencil should fit mugs with diameters ranging from 7cm to 9cm. A thinner version is available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2013920. The logo has various sizes and thickness levels, depending on your preference for size. I prefer the 30-thick version because it features large holes and thick intersections, which should ensure good print quality and well-defined spacing. Stencils work best with a light source nearby; the closer you are to the stencil, the sharper the image will be. However, when coffee is positioned farther from the stencil, blurriness can occur in the gaps. Thick gaps can tolerate some blur without compromising quality, whereas small gaps combined with blurriness may ruin the final result.
