This is a single spout for the Gastroback Advanced Pro G portafilter, also known as the Breville BES 860 and several other names, designed to replace the double spout that ships with the machine. I've optimized the flow for a smooth, bubble-free output without splashing or mess. It works quite well and should fit any portafilter with an M16 fine-pitch thread (DIN 13-5) outlet. I recommend printing it in a food-safe and high-temp material such as ULTEM 9085, some nylons, or HT-PETG. It doesn't need any support, but make sure you're using a proper part-cooler for the overhang sections. Here's a video of the spout in action: https://media.giphy.com/media/cPzpmKf48cEco/giphy.gif I just made some changes to make it easier to print without a fan for high-temp materials and produce less bubbles. This latest one was printed in ULTEM 9085 because those made of Green-Tec (+Pro) didn't last very long. The one made of ULTEM leaked due to some printing inaccuracies, so I've done further testing. Nylon (Polymaker CoPA) didn't last two weeks, and I'm running out of materials, which is why I tried recycled PET (Filamentive OnePET), surprisingly making a good impression. Since there's no glycol in this pure PET, the thermomechanical properties differ slightly from PETG, allowing for annealing the part (~140°C/2h and cooling down for ~6h) for even more stiffness and temperature resistance. The pictures of the blueish outlet show the difference between virgin (translucent) and annealed (opaque) parts.
