portafilter handle sleeve

This thing is something very specific again: a replacement for the portafilter rubber sleeve of the gastroback advanced pro g design espresso maker (also sold with dozens of other brand names).

There's not much to say except that the original sleeve doesn't hold up very long and is of a very soft type of rubber. Since I don't have filament that soft, I can't stretch an exact replica over that ridiculously sized filter handle. Therefore I had to make the replacement with an opening which you can close by using a nut (M3 square) & screw (M3x6 countersunk). Not very graceful but looks better than that ripped old thing.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Wanhao

Printer:

Duplicator9

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0,25mm

Infill:

100%

Filament: Recreus TPU 82A orange

Notes:

Use soft TPU and some support.

Category: Kitchen & Dining
