This Portable Vacuum Cleaner is designed to be powered by a single 9V battery, making it easy to take on the go in your car or office and efficiently clean up dust and debris. Its unique design ensures that once dust and dirt are sucked into the vacuum cleaner, they stay inside and don't escape back out. To assemble this Portable Vacuum Cleaner, you'll need the following parts: DC Motor: Faulhaber 2342S006CR 001G 079 - You can purchase a similar motor with a 23mm diameter and maximum length of 65mm. For example, the Faulhaber 48V series 2342SO48CR is a suitable alternative. ON/OFF Switch: You'll need a reliable switch that can handle up to 250V AC and 3A current. A suitable option is available on eBay. 9V Battery: You'll need a high-quality 9V battery with long-lasting zinc-carbon cells. An example of a suitable battery is the ExtraStar 9V battery. 9V Battery Clip: To securely attach the 9V battery to the vacuum cleaner, you'll need a snap-on connector and cable lead. A suitable option is available on eBay. Heat Shrink Tube: For insulation and protection of electrical connections, you'll need a heat shrink tube with a diameter of 2.1mm and a wrap length of 127mm. A suitable option is available on eBay. 4 Screws (M3 x 16mm): To assemble the vacuum cleaner, you'll need four stainless steel screws with M3 thread and a length of 16mm. A suitable option is available on eBay. If you need to modify any part of the design, I've uploaded the project in various CAD file formats so you can adjust everything to fit your needs.
