Portable USB lipo charger

Portable USB lipo charger

thingiverse

Hi! This is my very first design ever created. It's a custom case for this Banggood USB Lipo Charger: https://www.banggood.com/Dual-USB-Output-6-24V-To-5_2V-3A-DC-DC-Step-Down-Power-Charger-Module-Converter-p-1092047.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=USA. The installation process is straightforward. The PCB board is attached to the case with double-sided tape. However, keep in mind that you need to solder the XT60 connector so it sticks firmly to the plate (check out the image). This ensures the USB charger fits smoothly inside the box without any issues. To secure the connector's position, I've applied Epoxy to both the bottom and front of the box. To seal the case, you'll need four M3 screws of any length; I used 4mm ones. Remember that this is my first design attempt, so I still have a lot to learn about 3D designing. I created it using Freecad, and I've also updated the 3D design files if you want to modify them. If you print it successfully, please let me know!
