Portable Power Brick
thingiverse
I'm creating a custom Power Brick tailored to match the specifications of a recovered laptop battery pack. This project involves multiple steps, each contributing to its ultimate functionality and design. Initially, I've printed out the components using a reliable 3D printing service, carefully selecting materials with optimal durability for the intended purpose. The next stage requires me to assemble these printed components through precision soldering techniques. With all necessary components attached securely in place, it's now time to encase everything within a sturdy yet compact frame. Next up, I will add some reliable cables that not only ensure effective power transmission but also withstand wear and tear associated with daily use. After all electrical connections are confirmed to be functioning correctly, it's now the perfect opportunity to zip tie these internal components into place, ensuring that no excess material gets in the way of proper performance. To top this off, a secure seal is necessary to guarantee optimal functionality. With this project completed and successfully powered on, I can confidently smile at my handiwork knowing that all necessary requirements for full operation have been satisfied. Please find my detailed step-by-step guide documenting every detail of this project in its entirety. (http://forum.hsbne.org/t/portable-power-brick/577)
