Portable Paint Station

I reside in a compact apartment, thus all my activities necessitate reduction and storage. Following a recent return to miniatures, I required an efficient method to consolidate my paint and supplies while ensuring easy access. The front serves as a workspace for cutting and painting. The middle compartment houses storage areas that open like shutters. The back accommodates a filter and fan housing, generating negative pressure during spraying with two 120mm fans. Build photos are available at https://imgur.com/gallery/cTVrkkR. #### Essential Hardware: **Work Surface** - Two toggle latches - Two 3" hinges (steel leaf hinges would be more suitable) **Storage** - A length of piano hinge **Fan Housing** - Four 8 by 3mm cylindrical magnets - Two 120mm low-profile computer fans - Two 120 fan grills (optional, but the underlying wood was too fragile without it) #### Materials Utilized: A thinner 1/8" MDF sheet is used for storage boxes, trays, and shroud. This material also serves as the self-healing mat border since it matches the thickness of the mat: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/cutler-group-standard-hardboard-panel-1-8-inches-x-2-feet-x-2-feet/1000434563 Thicker 1/4" birch ply is utilized for all other components: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/cutler-group-1-4-inch-x-2-feet-x-4-feet-birch-plywood-handy-panel/1000114111 The self-healing mat can be found at https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0027RL0SA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
