Hello, Here is the portable monitor made of laptop display. To make it working you need:laptop display, 15.6 inch, eDP 30 pin, FullHD (for my model see the photo)DP to eDP converter (photo),https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006283043503.htmleDP 30 pin connector tape, in my case it was a "reverse direction cable" (photo, marked one)https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005445845097.htmlUSB-C to DisplayPort converter (photo),https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006532779571.html22 x M2.5 screws, threat around 3mm long, cone-like head4 x M2.5 cross-head screws (to attach the enclosure for the converter circuit), 4 x M2 screws, 10mm long entirely, to attach the converter circuit to the enclosure4 x M2 nuts (same purpose as above)26 insert nuts, M2.5, 3mm longplexiglass, 234x366 mm, 2mm thick (thus can be cut by wallpaper knife; can be thicker, but cutting will be therefore more difficult)black tape (additionally, to hide imperfection of the print-out).UPDATE:I have designed a stand. I have added Aliexpress links to the components I have used.To assemble the stand you additionaly need:4 x M3 20...25 mm long screws4x M3 insert nuts2-side sticky tapeThe whole frame can be printed at once as the parts fit the table after arrangement. I recommend to carefully adjust 3D printed parts to match the plexiglass and the display for avoiding gaps. To cover the imperfections of the print-out I covered the front side of the printout using the black sticky tape. To be be done:the front cover (to avoid scratches of the display when put into the bag).
