Portable high power LED floodlight - Akku LED-Flutlicht

I've always wanted a powerful, portable LED floodlight. I have plenty of used RC LiPo batteries, so I designed this portable floodlight/worklight to fit my needs. This device has a wide range voltage input, allowing you to connect nearly any type of battery to it. It accepts from 9 to 48 volts and provides plenty of light. Here's what you'll need: You will require a 100W LED chip like the one shown. It fits perfectly into the bracket and doesn't matter if you run it at 10 or 20 watts, as efficiency increases and it isn't much more expensive than a 10 or 20W module: https://www.ebay.com/itm/10W-20W-50W-100W-Cool-Warm-White-High-Power-LED-Panel-Chip-100-Watt-Lamp-Light/222748000861?var=521604661972 To prevent the LED from overheating, a suitable heatsink is necessary. The size depends on the power you're running your LED at. If you run your light at 10-30 watts, a small CPU cooler or a big transistor heatsink will do the job. For more power, better cooling like a bigger heatsink or an additional fan is needed. To run a 12V fan from your battery, a step-down converter is required. This one fits the mounting holes in the case: https://www.ebay.com/itm/LM2596HVS-LM2596HV-DC-DC-Adjustable-Step-Down-Buck-Converter-Power-Supply-Module/310788581728 To run the LED with constant current, you'll need a boost converter. It has a very wide input range from 9 to 48 volts, allowing you to run your floodlight on nearly any type of battery or accumulator. Set the voltage to around 35V and the current as desired. At 0.8Amps, you're running your LED at around 25 watts, which is already very bright, and the LED doesn't draw too much from your battery. Mine runs at 1.0A, which is around 33 watts. Keep in mind that the more power you want, the faster your battery will be drained. This toggle switch fits the hole on the side of the frame: https://www.ebay.com/itm/5-x-On-Off-Small-Toggle-Switch-Miniature-SPST-6mm-AC250V-3A-120V-5A-Y3B6/253164173162 If you're running a LiPo battery, it's a good idea to install a lipo cell checker with low voltage alarm into the lipos balancer plug: https://www.ebay.com/itm/3915-DM-8S-Battery-Checker-For-1-8Cells/253529553570 You can also mount a lens in front of the LED, on the bracket.
