slimmed down version with all i really need for warming up outdoors. 15mm edge, good for crimps, and another edge for 3-finger drag that shouldn't rotate. the intended use was to have a loop of cord be tensioned by your foot. thread some cord through to set it up. can also be used as a guiro. the loads were arranged so the print would be under compression rather than tension so it's pretty sturdy. 30% infill & 5 shells is more than sufficient, and supports are not needed. i find printing with the layer-building direction perpendicular to the direction your fingers are pulling (i.e. the direction they would slide when pulling) makes it more comfortable & grippy.
